About the Job: The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders.
- Supports our Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Core Values.
- Homebase will be in the Charlotte NC facility or Waldorf MD facility.
- The schedule is 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, and as required.
- Report directly to the Product Support Team manager.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have and be responsible for:
- 2+ years of Signs & Displays experience with a background in commercial interior graphics and event signage.
- Work in collaboration with the Director of Development, Products Support Team, Project Managers, and Workflow Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn our programs and systems.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, walk-in, and chat.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Document and track customer interactions using our processes and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services.
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.
- Meet or exceed established customer service targets and metrics.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, processes, services, and policies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
