How Can a Printing Company in Charlotte NC Benefit My Business?

1. Print Marketing is trusted by Consumers

Trust is a building block to fostering meaningful customer relationships and retaining those customers for life. Creating trust with your target audience is one of the primary goals of marketing, so it is beneficial to promote your brand using a method that consumers view as trustworthy. According to the International News Media Association, 82% of the United States online users trust print marketing materials when making a purchase decision over any other medium. Therefore, if you want your marketing materials to be viewed as credible, print is the way to go!

2. Print Marketing Captures and Holds Consumer Attention For Longer

Print marketing is a proven way to grasp consumer attention. Statistics have shown that 79% of households read direct mail, so you can be confident that your message is getting across. Younger audiences also find it easy to read printed materials, and therefore, spend more time reading these resources. Printed marketing is a valuable tool to inform your customers about your products and services as well as specials, upcoming events, and more.

Additionally, signs have been proven to effectively capture the attention of potential customers. According to the International Sign Association, on premise signs are the reason half of customers learn about a new business so it is vital that your company has high-quality signs in order to captivate an audience. Creative signs help customers easily recognize your business, leading to increased brand awareness.

3. Print Marketing Motivates Consumers to Take Action

Print marketing drives action. Studies have shown that 39% of customers try a business for the first time because of direct-mail advertising. Many believe that the effectiveness of print is declining, but it is actually the opposite. Since 2004 direct mail marketing rates have increased by 14% and the method brings in 78% of donations for nonprofits. Additionally, signs and banners are known to elicit an “impulse buy” and increase foot traffic to your storefront.

4. Print Marketing Supports Digital Efforts

Print marketing used in conjunction with digital advertising has proven to be an exceedingly effective way to get your message across. In fact, combining print and digital ads can make online campaigns 400% more effective. Due to older generations not having as strong of an online presence and new trends encouraging people to “unplug,” print ads can work alongside digital marketing efforts to allow your brand to reach a broader audience.

Additionally, print ads can amplify your online marketing by including a call to action (CTA) that encourages readers to visit your social media pages, website, etc. The use of print marketing combined with digital marketing is the best way to reach a broad audience, resulting in additional sales and visibility for your business.

Heritage Signs & Displays was honored by the City of Charlotte to be selected as a featured business for the #31DaysofBiz Campaign.

For over 50 years, the United States Small Business Administration (SBA) has celebrated national small business week, recognizing the contributions and impact small business has on the national economy in the first week of each May.

The City of Charlotte and Mayor Vi Lyles extended this week-long celebration to a month, highlighting local Charlotte businesses that make a difference in the Queen City with the #31DaysofBiz Campaign. The campaign video series identifies many small businesses and entrepreneurs who play a pivotal role in strengthening the Charlotte local economy.

“Thriving to me isn’t simply about growing, but it’s really more about the giveback,” said Joe Gass, President and CEO of Heritage Signs & Displays.

The company serves organizations large and small that make significant impacts across the City of Charlotte and the Piedmont Region. Heritage’s clientele includes the Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority, Carolina Panthers, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Atrium Health, Classroom Central, Method, and the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA).

Heritage was nominated for the City of Charlotte’s #31DaysofBiz Campaign by Michael Moore, the Interim Director Regional Director and Business Advisor at the North Carolina Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC).

The Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) is North Carolina’s leading resource for growing and developing businesses. Since 1984, the SBTDC has helped over 125,000 North Carolina business owners and prospective entrepreneurs make better decisions – often leading to increased revenue and employment. NC SBTDC is administered by North Carolina State University on behalf of The University of North Carolina System and operates in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration. In addition, each of the 16 NC offices has affiliations with one of the State’s universities.

Eric Halili and his team at Rebrand Media produced and edited the #31DaysofBiz video series that highlighted 31 small businesses in Charlotte, North Carolina.
