Backlit Signs Charlotte

Illuminated backlit signs in Charlotte collect much more attention from passers-by and potential customers than a static sign.  Fast food restaurants have long utilized the readability of a backlit sign in their chain stores to maximize the customers’ ability to understand their menu.  Communication is the key factor with signs and a backlit sign from Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays will deliver your message clearly, especially after hours.

As “Head Coach” of the Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays team in Charlotte, I do quite a bit of research on our products long before we offer them publicly.  Backlit signs was an easy R & D project, the obvious usefulness and versatility of an illuminated sign is colossal.  Today, I will disclose some of my finding on why a backlit sign is a good choice.

  1. Restaurants: as I mentioned in the introduction, the interior menu backlit sign allows customers to order faster and saves time from the employees trying to explain each item.  Images of the prepared food also adds appeal to the sign.
  2. Exterior Signs: a backlit sign greatly assists foot traffic and drivers to see and remember your company.  Remembrance is branding and good branding will increase sales.  A window mounted backlit sign will be seen by an array of traffic, 24/7.
  3. Business Offices: from a business standpoint; professionalism is important.  We want our customers to rest assured they are working with an experienced professional and an interior backlit sign with your company’s logo helps gain that confidence.

Personalized Mailing Services

Some business owners believe that competition forces them to get better at marketing and reduce overhead.  But loosing profit and customers via “Lean Managing” may not be a good idea.

20% of most customers typically comprise 80% of a business’s profits.  Is it smart to compromise your 80% for a potential 20%?  The real solution is retaining current clients.  Retention is often discussed but rarely enacted.

To realize your clients are considering other options is unsettling, but in this economy, it’s a reality.

Customer feedback is vital.  Understanding how they interpreted the experience is knowledge and knowledge is empowering!  Taking for granted that a new client is happy is another mistake many businesses make, it’s too easy to get “Busy at Work” and lose sight of the big picture.

Phone calls and emails are good communication tools, but to attempt that with a large client base can be time consuming and ineffective.  Newsletters are an excellent way to stay in touch with your clients and get feedback as well, it’s also an effective means for “Early Warning Signs” that obstacles may be on the horizon.

Avoiding potentially losing a client can be
advantageous and extremely profitable!

Company newsletters, especially personalized mailing services from Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays is the answer for many companies.  Our ability to create unique mailers for specific individuals or companies will keep you in their mind.

Personalized Mailing Features:

  • Unique Text
  • Unique Offers
  • Unique Images
