Bonitz Collaborates with Heritage to Create a Transformed Corporate Interior

Heritage Signs & Displays recently transformed the corporate headquarters of Bonitz, Inc. with new custom signs and graphics to enhance the company’s interior and to reflect their company values in a visually impactful way.

When representatives from Bonitz wanted to redesign their office with brand new experiential graphics, they contacted Heritage Signs & Displays with the request. Bonitz chose the Heritage team because of our outstanding reputation for award-winning corporate signs and hundreds of 5-star reviews from our clients whose spaces have been enhanced as a result of our work.

Members of the Heritage team met with the Bonitz team to review concepts for the rebranded space and made a proposal to collaborate with Bonitz to implement the production and installation of a wide variety of graphics to create a branded and immersive space for both customers and employees.

Components of the environmental graphics installation project included:

Wall wraps
SEG (Silicone Edge Graphics) fabric displays
Dimensional lettering
Standoff mounted map of the US printed on an aluminum substrate.
Frosted vinyl on office windows and doors

The Heritage team printed and fabricated these custom signage elements from our sign shop using our wide formatting printing technology, as well as our CNC cutter and laser cutters to ensure that each dimensional letter had smooth edges and each adhesive vinyl material fit the intended installation space exactly.

The Heritage team collaborated with the Bonitz marketing team and kept communications transparent and timely. Heritage worked with designs and artwork provided by Bonitz and made recommendations for the best materials to meet the client’s expectations and budget and to execute their branding goals.

The printing and installation of the custom graphics and signs took place over 10 workdays, during which the Heritage installation team followed our trademark commitment to timely and efficient execution and communication with our clients at every stage of the sign installation process. Our team conducted a site survey beforehand to ensure accurate measurements on the day of the installation, including the correct height of each graphic and taped layouts to each area of the space.

Upon the completion of the installation, the Bonitz marketing team was pleased with the results and especially with Heritage’s commitment to quality and outstanding customer service. We hope to continue our excellent relationship with Bonitz on future projects.

The talented team of designers and sign installers at Heritage Signs & Displays collaborated with Driven Brands to provide new interior branding for their headquarters in Uptown Charlotte, NC. The custom signage experts installed high-quality elevator wraps, frosted vinyl graphics, wayfinding signage, wall wraps, LED backlit signs, dimensional letters, and standoff mounted signs.

Driven Brands: A Leader in Automotive Aftermarket Service

Driven Brands is the parent company of leading automotive service brands such as Meineke Car Care Centers, Take 5 Oil Change, Maaco, Auto Glass Now, Take 5 Car Wash, and many more. Driven Brands provides a full suite of automotive services across paint, collision, glass, vehicle repair, oil change, maintenance, and car wash to consumers and business customers.

Driven Brands partnered with Heritage Signs & Displays to update their corporate interior branding with new adhesive vinyl graphics to represent Driven Brands’ connection to the automotive services industry and the company’s values. The Heritage team was eager to execute this vision with new custom displays and commercial interior graphics.

An Extensive Installation for a Newly Branded Corporate Headquarters

The rebranding effort for Driven Brands involved several components with unique signage elements to accompany them. The project scope included the following sign installation initiatives on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors:

ID room plaques
Frosted vinyl graphics
Elevator wraps
Training room divider wall
Training room wall graphic
Training room magnetic display
Large dimensional letters
LED backlit corporate timeline

Each component of the interior redesign required the expertise of the Heritage team of professional commercial signage specialists, as well as materials that would endure over time and amplify Driven Brands’ space.

The frosted vinyl graphics were contour cut and first surface applied to the office interior glass of board rooms and other meeting spaces. The magnetic vinyl was created from 3M 40C adhesive vinyl, UV printed, matte laminated, rectangular cut, and installed to the walls of one of the meeting rooms. The divider wall had 3M 40C wall graphics applied to the surfaces of the walls. The graphics were UV printed, matte laminated, rectangular cut, and installed. Each elevator wrap was made from 3M adhesive magnetic vinyl, UV printed, rectangular cut, and applied to the elevator doors and surrounding wall space.

The room plaques were made of 3mm clear acrylic and frosted vinyl to properly label the office rooms with the proper floor numbers, room numbers, and color coding to maintain brand consistency. Each plaque was PMS match printed and gloss laminated. The numbers were contour cut and installed with standoff caps applied to the face of the sign. The plaques were securely mounted to the glass and walls to maintain three-dimensional depth.

The Results of a Transformed Space

On the week of the installation, the Heritage team worked tirelessly to install these signage elements in the Driven Brands headquarters. Each signage element was affixed to the installation site with care and with Driven Brands’ goals for a transformed and engaging space in mind at every stage of the process. The team’s hard work was exemplified in the resulting signage, which added to the professionalism and brand consistency in the space. Driven Brands’ connection to the automotive industry was amplified consistently on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors to captivate partners, franchisees, employees, and visitors alike.

Heritage Signs & Displays recently installed branded vinyl wraps and custom displays for the Atrium Health Suite and the Home Run Porch section of Truist Field in Uptown Charlotte, NC.

A Transformed Home Run Porch for the Fans

In anticipation of the Minor League Baseball season and the debut games of the Charlotte Knights baseball team, Atrium Health had the desire to brand their sponsored section of the Truist Field stands as the Home Run Porch for fans to enjoy food and refreshments while watching games. They wanted the Home Run Porch to be branded using vinyl wraps for the bar rails and for it to be a year-round fixture of Truist Field. The Sports Marketing team at Atrium Health reached out to Heritage Signs & Displays to bring this project to life.

To provide bar rail wraps that will be resistant to sun fading and seasonal weather conditions, a 3M vinyl wrap material was chosen. Because it was not conducive to drilling holes in the I-beams at Truist Field, the Heritage installation team fabricated a custom box-shaped structure. This wall display was constructed using aluminum tubing, HVAC tape, and silicone connected to the I-beams of the building. This innovative design will allow future graphics updates to be efficiently applied. The combination of these elements allowed for the Home Run Porch to not only be branded for the latest baseball season, but also easy to update for future seasons.

A Custom Baseball Bat Display for the Atrium Health Corporate Suite

In addition to the revamped Home Run Porch, Heritage was tasked with creating a custom baseball bat display known as “Winning Moment,” intended to recognize the “Home Run for Life” recipients that Atrium Health has every year. Each bat would have a recipient’s name added over time. The Winning Moment display was to be made even more dynamic with the inclusion of custom plates unique to the Charlotte Knights.

After receiving the directive to create it, Heritage’s signage professionals developed how best to fabricate the display and install it in the space. The Winning Moment display was a custom-built exhibit, accented with painted acrylic dimensional letters and other elements. The home plate and bat racks were made of PVC to ensure that the display would fit at least twenty displays and full-sized bats. This solution called for fabricating the bat holders out of PVC and acrylic, ensuring that the custom-built design could be directly drilled into the wall. The display was further accented with PVC board wrapped in AstroTurf. Finally, the home plates float off the wall about a half-inch so that jerseys can be wrapped around the baseball plates. The Winning Moment display was drilled directly into the wall of the Atrium Health branded suite to provide maximum visual impact.

A Transformed Space for the Fans and the Community

The results of the Heritage efforts were a Home Run Porch that could be enjoyed by Charlotte Knights fans for many years to come and a captivating Winning Moment display that celebrates the lasting partnership between Atrium Health and the Charlotte Knights. Atrium Health were highly pleased with the transformed sections of Truist Field, especially in how they reflected Atrium Health’s partnership with the Charlotte Knights, and both organizations’ positive impact on the Charlotte Region. Atrium Health said that they are eager to work with Heritage Signs & Displays again soon for branding and custom sign transformation initiatives.
