Heritage Signs & Displays Completes Brand-Forward Workplace Refresh for DUAL North America’s Charlotte Office

DUAL North America’s Charlotte office set out to translate an updated brand identity into a cohesive, modern workplace experience. Heritage Signs & Displays is proud to share the completion of this workplace branding refresh, featuring durable wall wraps, gradient frosted vinyl on key glass wall systems, and an LED backlit lobby logo designed to complement the building’s light and circulation.

DUAL North America, a specialty insurance group with an active Charlotte presence, desired a contemporary brand expression that would elevate the experience, improve privacy where needed, and maintain a welcoming workplace environment. The result is an integrated set of environmental branding solutions that supports reception, conference, and collaboration zones while reinforcing a consistent sense of place.

Project Goals + Background

The brief called for a full interior refresh aligned to a new brand rollout, including removal of existing graphics, a stronger lobby statement, color continuity across primary walls, and improved privacy on glass without compromising the office’s natural light.

Because color accuracy and gradient control were essential to the final aesthetic, Heritage proofed to brand references and produced test samples to validate hue matching and smooth gradient transitions, particularly for greens, prior to final production.

Process + Solutions Delivered

• Wall Wraps: UV-printed wall wraps in reception, the conference room, and a long team wall were tiled with clean overlaps to carry brand color and messaging through the interior.
• Frosted Vinyl: Gradient frosted treatments on entry doors and a dual-gradient band on conference glass add privacy, reduce glare, and maintain open sightlines.
• Backlit Signs: An LED backlit lobby logo, fabricated to the brand palette, floats off the wall on studs for a confident first impression.
• Professional Installation: Heritage removed existing graphics, coordinated a site survey and daytime install, and aligned trades for power placement on the lobby logo to keep the schedule on track.

Final Outcome

From entry to conference, the refreshed workplace reads as one story. Frosted vinyl preserves light while defining zones, wall wraps carry color without overwhelming the plan, and the LED backlit lobby logo provides a clean focal point for visitors and teams.
