american-flag A Veteran Owned Business

Heritage Printing, Signs & Displays is a PROUD supporter of the Patriotism Bowl and the Selfless Service Concert.

Its pageantry creates a college bowl-like atmosphere to raise awareness of citizenship, patriotism and service for our military.

The 2012 Game featured only the second ever flyover at a high school football game, while the 2013 featured the first nighttime parachute jump at a high school game.

The theme of the 2016 Patriotism Bowl was “Promoting Patriotism” and honoring those who served. The Game showcased two perennial football rivals: Mooresville High School and A.L. Brown High School.

All monies raised go directly to Patriotic Charities:

  • Carolinas Freedom Foundation: honoring veterans and promoting patriotism in schools
  • Purple Heart Homes: providing housing modified for wounded war veterans of all wars
  • USO North Carolina: providing services and programs for the well-being of troops and their families

Selfless Service Concert

The Tribute to Selfless Service Concert, featuring the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Band and the iconic USO Show Troupe to inspire and enthuse the audience while honoring those who serve and protect our freedoms — past and present. We will also celebrate 75 years for the USO of North Carolina!

The USO Show troupe is part of an American Tradition that goes back 75 years to its beginnings in the muddy camp shows of the South Pacific. Today the pride and passion that fueled that early music lives on through the USO Show Troupe. With over 400 live annual performances, the Troupe entertains approximately 600,000 service members and their families as well as millions of civilians in patriotic audiences around the world.

Military history has established empirically that musical units are an integral part of the military. The Second Marine Aircraft Wing Band, stationed at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, continues this fine tradition by representing one of the finest organizations in musical excellence. This ensemble of Marine musicians completes over 150 commitments annually and travels in excess of 30,000 miles. Throughout their travels, they uphold the old and honored Marine traditions of pride, professionalism, and esprit de corps.
